Who we are
Parenthood Kits products, including The After-Divorce Parent Kit, are sold by:

In these pages, “we” and “us” mean the seller above, and “you” means the person buying the kit.
Terms of sale
1. What you are buying
The After-Divorce Parent Kit is a digital product: five PDF guides (The Talk & the First 30 Days; Kids Through the Split; Co-Parenting Without the War; Two Homes, One Childhood; You After Divorce) and four printable bonuses (a parenting-time calendar, a co-parent message vault, handover checklists and “what to say” cards). Everything is written in English.
2. Price and payment
The price is shown on the website and again at checkout before you pay. It is a one-time payment — there is no subscription and nothing renews. For customers in the European Union, prices include VAT. Where sales tax or VAT has to be added for your location, it is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Depending on your device and country you can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Your payment details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
3. Your order and delivery
Your contract with us is concluded when your payment is confirmed. We then show download buttons on the confirmation page and send the files by email, as personal download links, to the address you entered at checkout. The links in the email work for 12 months; you can request fresh links at any time on our “Lost your email?” page.
4. Your right of withdrawal (EU/EEA and UK consumers)
As a consumer you have 14 days from your purchase to withdraw from it. To do so, just email us (or reply to your order email) and we refund the full price within 7 business days. This does not affect our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee under Refunds, which is more generous and applies to everyone.
5. How you may use the guides
You may download, read and print the guides for your own household and use them on your own devices. You may share the printable calendar and handover checklist with your co-parent. The guides are protected by copyright: please don’t resell, upload or distribute them publicly.
6. Not professional advice
The guides share practical, everyday ideas and example wording for parents living in two homes. They are general information, not legal, financial, medical or psychological advice, and they do not replace a lawyer, mediator, financial adviser, doctor, therapist or counselor. Laws, court orders and parenting plans vary — always follow your court order or parenting plan.
Safety first. Co-parenting advice is not designed for situations involving abuse, threats or safety concerns. If you or your children are in danger, call 911 (or your local emergency number). In the US, the National Domestic Violence Hotline is 1-800-799-7233 (thehotline.org).
7. If something goes wrong
If a file doesn’t open, a link doesn’t work or the product is not as described, email us and we will fix it, send it again or refund you. Your statutory rights as a consumer — including your rights if digital content is faulty — always apply and are not limited by these terms.
We are responsible for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and for anything else for which liability cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid.
8. Applicable law and complaints
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the seller is registered. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. Please contact us first with any complaint — most things are solved by email within a couple of days.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you placed your order applies to that order.
Refunds — our 30-day guarantee
If within 30 days of your purchase you don’t feel more in control, we’ll refund the full price. No forms and no need to explain.
How to ask for a refund
- Email our support address — or simply reply to your order email — within 30 days of purchase.
- Use the email address you bought with, or include your order number (it starts with “PK-”).
- We refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7 business days of your request. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.
Payment problems
If you were charged twice or see a charge you don’t recognise, email us before contacting your bank — we will check it straight away.
Privacy policy
We collect as little as possible, and only what we need to sell you the kit, deliver it and help you. The seller named under Who we are is the data controller.
What we collect and why
- Order details — your email address, name, country, the billing address if one is asked for at checkout, what you bought, the amount, the currency and the date. We need these to deliver the guides, answer your questions, handle refunds and keep the accounting records the law requires (legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligation).
- Payment details — entered directly with Stripe. We receive only limited information such as the card brand and the last four digits.
- Free card requests — if you ask for the free “What to say” card, we keep your email address, the first name and answers you chose to give (for example, whether you’re separating or divorced and your children’s age group) and which page or ad you came from. We use them to send you the card and, occasionally, related emails (legal basis: your request and consent). Every email lets you unsubscribe, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.
- Checkout reminder — if you enter your email at checkout and don’t complete the order, we send you one reminder email about an hour later. We check that you haven’t bought before sending it, and we don’t send more than one (legal basis: our legitimate interest in helping you finish an order you started; you can object at any time).
- One feedback email — about 10 days after your purchase we send one short email asking how the kit is working for you (legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the product; reply and we’ll cancel it).
- Emails you send us — kept so we can help you.
- Technical data — our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request data to deliver the pages securely. We use your approximate country to show the right currency.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Stripe payment form uses cookies that are needed to process payments securely and prevent fraud.
Meta pixel (ad measurement). We use the Meta pixel from Meta Platforms to see which of our ads lead to visits and purchases. It sets cookies and sends Meta information about the pages you visit on this site. When you buy, we also tell Meta about the purchase (amount, currency, your country and a hashed version of your email address) so it can match the purchase to an ad. This runs on every visit (legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring our advertising). You can object at any time by emailing us, or switch it off in this browser: turn off ad measurement.
Visit statistics. We count page visits ourselves: which page was opened, for how long, how far it was scrolled, the website or ad you came from, your approximate country, device type and browser. This uses no cookies. Instead of your IP address we keep only a coded value that changes every day. The data stays in our own database on Cloudflare and is deleted after about 13 months.
Who processes your data for us
- Stripe — payments and fraud prevention.
- Cloudflare — website hosting, records, visit statistics and secure file storage.
- Resend — sending our emails.
- Google Workspace — our support mailbox.
- Meta Platforms — measuring our Facebook and Instagram ads (see above).
Some of these providers process data outside the EU/EEA, for example in the United States; where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require (in many countries up to 10 years). Free card requests are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Support emails are deleted when no longer needed, usually within 2 years.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it (unless we must keep it by law), to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Just email our support address. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Children
Our products are meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.
